Staff member to plan, train nature counselors, and conduct nature education sessions. Job includes the following duties:

1. Communicate with each 4-H camp director before their camp to plan nature education program times.
   
   
2. Plan and practice nature programs preset by the Executive Director.
   
   
3. Prepare at least two (2) other nature programs. Programs which can be shared with the agents and future camp naturalists.
   
   
4. Organize existing educational resources and information.
   
   
5. Create displays related to nature programs, natural phenomenons and conservation techniques.
   
   
6. Have programs set before the start of each session.
   
   
7. Responsible for maintenance of nature barn displays.
   
   
8. Responsible for daily cleaning of nature barn.
   
   
9. Responsible for care of all animals kept on the camp grounds.
   
   
10. Maintain friendly, helpful attitude toward campers and staff at all times.
    
    
11. Assist in daily cleaning of staff house.
    
    
12. Staff rotation duties.
    
    
13. All other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
